CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the current situation involving Covid-19 we are doing everything possible to keep within our high standard of delivery times, however due to a very unexpected high volume of online orders and also delay in courier delivery times, your order may experience longer delays.
Our team is working very hard to get orders out asap, please keep in mind we have had to reduce our staff to keep in line with social distancing measures in our small warehouse and shop.

FREE DELIVERY ORDERS OVER $150
Get free delivery on orders when you spend over $150. Products must be able to fit into a satchel or small box. Offer excludes bulky items i.e- Basketball systems, netball stands, etc.. we will contact you if we are unable to send your item in a satchel or small box and freight charge will be invoiced.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. At times we may need to order stock from our supplier due to sales in store and our website delay in updating online inventory, this may add an extra 5 days to delivery times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We have a Flat Rate schedule:
$5.99 Small satchel- ( 0 - 500g)
$8.99 metro delivery fee for parcels ( 500- 1.5kg) Item must fit in a small satchel/small box
$12.99 metro delivery fee for parcels (1.5 - 5kg)
$19.99 metro delivery fee for parcels (5kg - 10kg)
$24.50 metro delivery fee for parcels (10kg - 20kg)
$55.00 metro delivery fee for parcels (20kg - 35kg)
Metro Bulky Items 35kg+ $65
Express- We can offer express delivery, please contact us by email for a quote.
We can deliver to remote areas, however an extra fee will apply if our courier deems your location as remote. We will contact you if this is the case and advise of the extra delivery fee as a guide the extra fee is normally $13 on top of our standard rates above.
Bulky Items may not be available for delivery to remote areas.
Estimated delivery times below, these are courier estimates and as such Little Rookie Sport holds no responsibility on courier delivery times.
We use Sendle and/Or Australia post to deliver our parcels, If items are boxed we will apply a signature on delivery if you are happy to accept Authority to Leave in a safe place please mention during checkout. Little Rookie Sport holds no responsibility on Authority to leave requests.
At times you maybe required to collect from a collection point to receive your parcel if you are not home to sign for delivery. An email on how to collect will be sent or a card left. You will have 5 days to collect the parcel or items will be sent back to us, if re-delivery is required once your item is sent back to us, a new delivery fee will apply.
All satchels are sent with Authority to leave. All parcels unless notified will be require a signature.

Click & Collect Instore
Click and collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect in store. We will generally have your order ready in 24 hours, an email will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
At times we may not have the stock physically In store but In our warehouse which would add a few days before you can collect your order. We will notify you if this is the case. Please bring in a copy of your confirmation email and photo ID.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Little Rookie Sport www.littlerookiesport.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.
The Owner has the discretion to repair of replace any goods the subject of a complaint or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or other warranties are excluded.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Little Rookie Sport www.littlerookiesport.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All parcels are marked DDU (Delivery duties unpaid) this means any fees, duties, taxes are paid by receiver. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Many parcels won’t require any import duties to be paid, because they’ll fall under the country’s low-value threshold
For example, the low-value threshold in the U.S. is currently set at $800 U.S. (approximately $1000 AUD), but for Germany, it’s 22 EUR (approximately $33 AUD). So, it depends on the destination country.
If duties do need to be paid, the local postal or customs authority for that country will most likely get in touch with the receiver of the parcel to organise it with them directly.
